Place Survey 2008 – Results

Are you happy with where you live?  What do you think of your neighbourhood?  What would you like to see improve?

These were some of the questions asked in the National Place Survey during 2008.

The Government randomly selected postal addresses, and around 5,000 households in Lincoln asked to contribute.

The questions were designed to find out what people thought about the area within 15 – 20 minutes’ walking distance from their home.  Issues covered included access to decent, affordable housing, suitable facilities for young people and whether residents were happy with the police, fire and rescue service and local health services.
